I just got into this habit at some point a while back. I click whenever you bend. It’s kind of become my “thing.” All the other joints know me. I’m the one who clicks.

I mean, like, honestly… and I’m being really honest here… I don’t think there’s actually a way for you to make me stop. Like, mayyybe surgery? But that’s its own whole thing and I’m not going into it. The point is, I’ve found something that works for me and I’m not really in a place right now where I’m open to feedback about it.

I've actually thought about this a lot, and this is really kind of on you. Like, I'm not trying to be mean, but if you had done even a little bit of stretching back in the day maybe I wouldn’t be doing this. Just some light stuff. Ten minutes a day. YouTube has literally thousands of free videos.
