Gravy is really a separate course. Yeah, you slather it on the turkey, and on the mashed potatoes, and on the stuffing, but it really has to be evaluated separately.

Interestingly autospell tried to turn "gravy" into "gravity" -- anticipating my struggle to stand up at the end of the meal.

But you still need to take sides the the biggest Thanksgiving battles --

"Stuffing" or "dressing"?

White gravy? Or tan? Or brown?

Ambrosia -- what the hell is that stuff?

Clearly, you have a LOT of work to do this week.

Turkey is a miracle food. What starts as a main dish protein gets many new lives, like turkey sandwiches, turkey sandwiches, turkey sandwiches, ahhh, well, eventually there are turkey tacos (with cranberry anti-salsa).

I will admit that turkey is highly durable. Like a good pair of boots.

Stuffing is the only thing I really care about eating at Thanksgiving. Keep the turkey, potatoes and gravy.

Though almost any dessert will do.

I’m one of the turkey lovers!! But I’m not making it myself!! Also I like stuffing. Especially oyster stuffing!! Does that make me weird???😂😂😂

Stuffing is probably my #1 because I just love bread, but I'm absurdly proud of my cranberry sauce recipe (and it's *not* "just add orange zest" which the internet seems to have on lock).

Cranberry sauce can be additive for sure, it’s just absurd as a favorite.
