Mixed bag! He refuses to put an EZpass on the Batmobile’s dash. But on the bright side, Gotham did agree that half the total toll revenue will go towards funding an electric Batmobile factory in Buffalo, right next to Elon’s subsidized - and in no way absolute disaster - plant.
