So your doctor says you have high cholesterol. Maybe it’s hereditary, or maybe it’s because you eat like Templeton the Rat at the county fair. Either way, you have to start eating healthier.1

Not to worry! There are plenty of low-cholesterol foods out there to sustain you for the rest of your long, healthy (and miserable) life.

Here's what you can eat now.

  1. Fruit

  2. Vegetables

  3. Mushrooms

  4. Tree bark

  5. Low-sodium salt

  6. No-sodium salt (air)
