Hello parents!

As we head into another year here at Little Acorns Preschool and Daycare, we want to make sure you have all the dates and details you’ll need to plan ahead. With your support and partnership, all of our children will continue growing, learning, and thriving each day — in school and out!

Please make note of our upcoming holiday schedule, which may differ slightly from that of the local school district. Our school year has been designed to maximize every Little Acron’s growth, as well as to confuse and bewilder you as a parent.

Here is a complete list of planned closures:

ALL FEDERAL HOLIDAYS: This includes New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

ALL STATE HOLIDAYS: This includes Statehood Anniversary Day, Founders’ Day, and Historic Charter Day.

ALL COUNTY HOLIDAYS: This includes Civic Duty Recognition Day, Territorial Appreciation Day, Public Works Pride Day, and Proclamation Recognition Day.

ALL LOCAL HOLIDAYS: This includes the Annual Fun Run & Community Pancake Toss presented by AutoZone Day, and Rodeo Parade Day.

SPRING BREAK: This short, three-week vacation is the perfect opportunity for parents to reconnect with their children.

TEACHER WEEK: We will be closed for one week in order to allow our teachers to pursue career and self-betterment opportunities. (Happens quarterly.)
