'Life of a Showgirl' Versions Taylor Swift Hasn’t Released Yet

Taylor Swift’s new record, The Life of a Showgirl, made history earlier this month, becoming the fastest-selling album in American history and grabbing the top 12 slots on Billboard’s Hot 100 songs chart. That success came thanks in part to the strategic release of an unprecedented 28 album variants — all with version-specific titles like The Life of a Showgirl: The Shiny Bug Edition and The Life of a Showgirl: Sweat and Vanilla Perfume Edition (Portofino Orange Glitter Vinyl).
Though Swift has come under criticism for artificially inflating her sales numbers at the expense of her fans, it’s hard to deny that the gimmick has been printing money.
