Welcome to BOOFI, Yet Another Free Streaming Service
Why watch something new? Or good?
Do you miss the direct-to-DVD era of movies? Want to watch TV shows from before you were born? Have you ever wondered if there’s a channel specifically for the Bolivian diaspora?
Good news… it’s all on BOOFI!
BOOFI is a new free streaming app available for all devices. We have hundreds of live channels and thousands of on-demand movies. From films Nicolas Cage made to get out of debt to Westerns that weren’t popular even when Westerns were popular, each of our selections is hand-picked by our team based on whatever is cheapest to license.
Our generous selection of ad-supported live TV channels includes reruns of NFL Preseason games, multiple Andy Griffith shows (but NOT The Andy Griffith Show), and several Hanna-Barbera cartoons deemed too racist for Cartoon Network. We also offer streaming movies in genres like Action, Horror, Comedy, and Steven Seagal (all of the above).
It’s truly an elephant’s graveyard of content here on BOOFI. And now, we’re happy to present our very first BOOFI ORIGINAL, Murderers on Murderers. This engaging new series pairs murderers with other murderers for frank conversations about killing. We believe this series pushes the bounds of what a 40-episode true crime anthology produced for $13,000 can be.
Questions? Here’s a helpful guide to get to know BOOFI.

Thanks for the support!
I want to give a huuuuuge shout-out to Barbara B. and Leo W. for becoming paid subscribers. (And also to Iona W., who emailed me about renewing even though her credit card got stolen! Above and beyond, really.)
There’s no great way for me to express how much it helps when someone upgrades. The money is nice, but the continued motivation is even better. Please consider chipping in $7 per month to help keep the newsletter going.
And thanks again to Barbara, Leo, and Iona for doing their part!

My Son Reviews 'Mickey and the Roadster Racers'
It’s not often that a piece of media cuts to the very heart of what it means to be human. And yet such a collection has arrived in the form of Mickey and the Roadster Racers, now streaming on Disney+.
